Tonight there are two courses available, the long [4.2km] course contains some enjoyable running past [and not through] the roses and is suitable for experienced orienteers who have run at Green standard in past N.I. series events. The short [1.5km] course is suitable for everyone, adult novices and juniors alike. Registration will be from 7-8pm sharp at the top end of the 1st car park [ first right if you are heading out of Belfast towards Lisburn] and not the car park with the coffee shop at it.
